Project 10 Safford
The Design Brief was to create a low maintenance garden. We used West Australia natives mixed with exotic plants. This creates an interesting garden with a unique touch. Out the back we created a sunken deck area bordered by limestone to create a seat. Using stones and steppers is a cost effective way and looks aesthetically pleasing to create a pathway. The Turf used was Sir Walter Buffalo a hardy turf good all year round. The Entrance to the house was brick rendered steeped retaining with exposed aggregate concrete as the steps. Some natives used were Xanthorrhoea preissii, Dianella, Olearia, Pennisetium, cycas, and Scaevola (groundcover).
